August was a good month for home sellers in Guilford County with prices continuing to increase and total unit volume up over last year. The homes that are out there are flying off the market with days on the market down to an amazing 7 days in Greensboro and High Point compared to 11 and 20 days respectively in August 2018. There may be some relief for Greensboro buyers as there was more inventory to choose from, up 5% from last year. We will see if this becomes a trend.
